Sail to the white continent

The season for traveling to the Antarctic Peninsula is short, between November and March. We prefer December because the days are longest then.

Due to its reputation and the unstable weather conditions in the area, we pay particular attention to the Drake Passage, both outward and return journeys. It is therefore essential that each passenger who embarks on the adventure has no imperative in terms of return date.

Once there, you will discover a world that goes beyond all understanding, the kind of thing that you have to see for yourself to believe it. Firstly, it is most certainly the size and shape of certain Icebergs that will fascinate you, then the immensity of this frozen world, several of whose mountains culminate at more than 3,000 meters above sea level. And finally, the abundance of life that has adapted to thrive in this environment, which is nevertheless hostile to life as we know it.

Departing from Ushuaia or Puerto Williams, you will embark on an adventure lasting at least one month, including 12 to 14 days on the peninsula.

There is no experience required at the start, however each participant will take part in the watches during the navigations and will have a role to play in participating in life on board.

In addition to almost daily sailing and frequent whale watching, penguin colonies, seals, and other inhabitants of the Peninsula, it will also be possible to visit certain scientific bases subject to their authorization. And for mountain and snow sports enthusiasts, we can add a few ski touring excursions to certain anchorages. Each day will end with a delicious meal prepared in shifts or as a team.
